Transparency & trust
About the Panda Express Nutrition Calculator
We built a fast, honest place to plan your bowl, plate, or bigger plate before you order—so you can see calories, macros, and allergen flags without digging through PDFs on a tiny screen.
Who we are
We are a small, independent team of builders and nutrition enthusiasts who use Panda Express the same way you do: on busy weeknights, after practice, or when we want something hot and filling without guessing whether we are still inside our calorie budget. We publish PandaExpressNutritionCalcu.com so you can stack entrées and sides, watch totals update instantly, and walk into the restaurant—or open the delivery app—with a plan you trust. We write in plain language, we ship improvements when menus change, and we treat your time as valuable: no clutter, no account wall, and no mystery about where the numbers come from.
Our data source
All nutrition data comes directly from official Panda Express nutritional information, updated for 2026.
When Panda Express revises recipes, serving sizes, or sodium levels, we align our calculator and supporting guides with those published figures so you are not relying on crowd-sourced guesses or outdated screenshots. If you ever spot a mismatch between our tool and the latest company nutrition PDF, tell us through the contact page and we will investigate and correct it.
Why we built this
You told us—through comments, emails, and search queries—that the hardest part of eating at Panda Express is not finding the menu; it is comparing two entrées under time pressure, or helping a family member avoid a specific allergen while still building a meal everyone will actually eat. Restaurant apps rarely let you experiment with combinations, and static PDFs do not behave well on phones. We built this calculator because we wanted one trustworthy surface where you could answer the questions you already ask in line: How much sodium am I adding if I upgrade the side? Is there a lower-calorie swap that still feels like a treat? What happens to protein if I double the veggies?
Every improvement since launch has come from real ordering scenarios: meal prep on Sunday night, parents juggling Cub Meals, athletes dialing in macros, and travelers who need a quick snapshot before they grab takeout. We obsess over clarity—large type, readable tables, and filters that stay out of your way— because nutrition tools only help when you actually use them. If this site saves you one regretful order or one confusing moment at the register, we consider that a win worth maintaining for years to come.
What makes us different
- Free. You can explore the full menu, run unlimited meal combinations, and read our nutrition guides without paying a subscription or unlocking "premium" rows.
- No signup. We do not force you to create an account or hand over personal data just to see calories and macros—open the page and start planning.
- Allergen tags. We surface major allergen context alongside items so you can filter and compare more safely, then double-check with official allergen documentation before you order.
- Mobile-friendly. The layout is tuned for thumbs, small screens, and spotty connections so you can adjust your meal in the parking lot or on the couch without pinching and zooming a PDF.
Together, those choices keep the experience fast and respectful: you stay in control, and we stay focused on accurate math and helpful context instead of growth hacks.
