More about our team →Our mission
Make Panda Express nutrition simple, accurate, and free for everyone who wants to eat with confidence.
We believe you should not need a spreadsheet or a paid app to understand what is in your meal. Our mission is to give you official data in a format that works on any device, updated when menus change, with clear guidance when numbers alone are not enough.
Who built this
PandaExpressNutritionCalcu.com is maintained by a small, independent team of developers and nutrition enthusiasts. We are not employees of Panda Express. We use the restaurant the same way you do: on busy weeknights, after practice, or when we want something hot and filling without guessing whether we are still inside our calorie budget.
The site is published at PandaExpressNutritionCalcu.com. We write in plain language, ship improvements when menus change, and treat your time as valuable: no clutter, no account wall, and no mystery about where the numbers come from.
Why this website exists
The hardest part of eating at Panda Express is not finding the menu. It is comparing two entrées under time pressure, or helping a family member avoid a specific allergen while still building a meal everyone will actually eat. Restaurant apps rarely let you experiment with combinations, and static PDFs do not behave well on phones.
We built this calculator because we wanted one trustworthy surface where you could answer the questions you already ask in line: How much sodium am I adding if I upgrade the side? Is there a lower calorie swap that still feels like a treat? What happens to protein if I double the veggies?
Commitment to accuracy
All nutrition data comes directly from official Panda Express nutritional information, reviewed and updated regularly.
When Panda Express revises recipes, serving sizes, or sodium levels, we align our calculator and supporting guides with those published figures. Read our full process on the Editorial Policy and Data Sources pages. If you spot a mismatch, tell us through the contact page and we will investigate.
What makes us different
- Free. Explore the full menu, run unlimited meal combinations, and read our nutrition guides without a subscription.
- No signup. No account or personal data required to see calories and macros.
- Allergen tags. Major allergen context alongside items so you can filter and compare more safely.
- Mobile friendly. Tuned for thumbs, small screens, and spotty connections.
